Use within 2 days of thawing. Once Thawed do not Refreeze Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat frying pan to a medium heat Lightly oil the pan with a suitable frying oil Remove the thawed prawn skewer, from the bag and place in pan Cook prawns for 4 mins in total (approximately 2 minutes each side) continually turning or mixing prawns to fully cook them.
