Spread Tenders evenly on a lightly greased oven tray and heat for 15-18 minutes, turning once  SHALLOW FRY:  Preheat oil in fry pan 1cm deep to  170ºc.  (medium heat) Heat Tenders for approx 6-8 minutes turning frequently. Drain onto paper towel DEEP FRY:  Preheat oil to 170ºc. Place a small quantity of Tenders in fryer basket and heat for approx 3-4 minutes turning frequently.
