Nestlé Rowntree Fruit Pastilles are Rowntree’s oldest sugar-coated candies since 1881.  They are a sugar-coated fruit chews that contains real fruit juice.   Before then, manufacture of gums and pastilles had been a French monopoly. Rowntree’s Fruit Pastilles sharing pouch contains 25% fruit juice and no artificial colours or flavours.  They come in five flavours: lemon, lime, strawberry, blackcurrant and orange.
