Using exclusive stainless steel materials, we make atraumatic suture needles of the highest quality. All needles produced by FSPL are extremely strong and have a high penetration rate. We now make needles in the 420 series in sizes ranging from 16mm to 90mm in length, and the 300 series in sizes ranging from 30mm to 50mm in length. All needles are electro-polished to improve finish/texture and reduce tissue drag. The needles are built for enhanced hardness with flexibility to eliminate brittleness. All needles are also siliconized for smoothness, and the bore is annealed for enhanced suture-needle attachment strength.
