This is a brand new item reproduced only from EIS. This is a new sunroof gear assembly. This gear assembly sits inside of the hard top sunroof . Very hard part to find, this is brand new and only sold by us. Why settle for used, when it’s been abused from so many years of wear and tear on the gears. By one today. This fits all Bug’s through -’67, and this will work for Bus’s from ‘ 68 – ‘ 79, but the sunroof will not open all the way, it will have 1/4 of the sunroof left but you will have 3/4 of it open. Meaning if your gear assembly is missing or damaged, this is the only alternative we have found. This has long shaft to be used with sunroof handle 253877453.
