Description Autoclave Procedure: Saturated steam at 250F (15PSI) for 20 minutes. Color change evident when exposed to these conditions. Allow bags to dry completely prior to removal from sterilizer. (Very Important!) Avoid over-handling/mishandling of bags. Be careful when placing heavy or sharp instruments in the bags. Rough handling and misuse can puncture, cut or tear the bags, breaching the sterile field. If problems should occur, please make certain the above parameters have been met.
