Description Use as a presoak for your instruments and in ultrasonic cleaners. This small bottle can last a long time, it is a concentrated liquid and makes 32 gallons of solution. Miltex Surgical Instrument Cleaner is effective in removing organic material from your tweezers and other instruments. Directions: Use distilled water if possible when preparing your solution. Instruments should be completely submerged in the solution for at least 10 minutes. After soaking, use a small brush to clean your instruments and then rinse them under water to remove any remaining solution. Change the solution frequently.
