The formula is also packed with proteins, film formers, and humectants that keep the hair hydrated. It’s a product designed for coarser hair, but fine hair can definitely use it, too (in smaller amounts) to give a really controlled look to curls on day-1 that will set you up for success through the whole entire week. This can be used all on its own and get stunning results but also pairs well with other products that I can use to customize my look (like using a leave-in conditioner to Prep for added moisture and softness). All in all it’s an excellent product I reach for when I want stronger hold and I can always expect my curls to shine! Bonus: 100% vegan and cruelty-free, Alcohol-free, Humidity resistant, water-soluble, and silicones.HOW-TO (tips from a pro):To define your curls, use this in your styling routine. I find it best used after a leave-in conditioner, but for healthy, not dry, and easily weighed down hair, this will provide enough moisture to be used alone as well. Coat your strands evenly with a praying-hands motion, gliding from roots to ends downward, then scrunch to enhance the curls. Finger coil unruly curls for an extra pop and air dry or diffuse to set the look in place.
